Once the form is received, ViaQuest will create an electronic invoice which will be emailed to you via PayPal within 3 business days. Follow the directions on the PayPal invoice to complete the registration process by submitting payment via credit card or PayPal account. You MUST respond to the invoice in order to complete registration. Incomplete registrations will not be accepted.
